The original purpose of this website was to make an easy place to find which politicians don’t want to support free lunches for students in school. A customer literally told me, “I wish I could just know which guy votes against school lunches so I know not to vote for him!”
I quite liked that idea. So here we are. This will be sort of a living document to keep track of the constant deluge of bullshit coming out of politicians in North Dakota. So here will be a summary of who you should not vote for in North Dakota! Check back, I’ll update it as I get time.
Don’t vote for:

Rep. Nico Rios
Republican
District 23
Willison, ND
Where do I start with why you shouldn’t vote for this guy? Well in 2023 he got arrested for driving under the influence in Williston and used racist and homophobic slurs against the police. I definitely believe in second chances and people learning from mistakes but, oh, wait. He tweeted, “Wonder if the CIA would help Trump overthrow and kick this jew out of power in Mexico?” The reference to the president of Mexico at the time being of Jewish heritage. So he didn’t learn anything and you’re probably thinking, “Wow what a piece of shit, but how is he as a law maker?” He tried to get North Dakota to pass a law to recognize Jesus Christ as king. King of what? Yes! Does the North Dakota Legislature have that power? Of course not! Seperation of Church and State? Never heard of it!
If you live in the Williston, North Dakota and you still want to vote for this guy there is probably nothing that is gonna change your mind. I’m not saying he should be in prison or anything, he just shouldn’t be holding public office. Check out his opposition in the upcoming election, better yet, become the opposition. 31 people voted in favor of this resolution. Looks like I’ll have at least 30 more people on this list at some point!
Don’t vote for:
Rep. Bill Tveit
Republican
District 33
Hazen, ND

Bill Tveit sponsored a resolution urging the North Dakota Supreme Court to overturn its decision protecting same-sex Marriage. I thought this was America? Where we give people their rights even if we don’t agree with everything they do. He furthered anti-LGTBQ+ agenda by criminalizing North Dakota schools that offer an all-gender bathroom. As well as pushing a ban on gender-affirming care for minors. This has now become a messy court battle costing the tax payers money. Seems like this coulda been a decision between the child, their parents, and a team of medical professionals who are experts! I know that Bill is a bit of a religious guy. I also happen to be a big fan of the teachings of Jesus Christ so let me put it to you this way: John 15:12, Jesus states, “My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you.” God made the LGTBQIA+ community as they are, why can’t you love them as they are?
Turns out, it really sounds like a good idea to feed kids at school!
And would you know it? A republican held house voted against providing free meals to students in school while they’re learning. Fuck them kids I guess! This one, was at least a little bit close. 54 people who don’t care about children voted to defeat it while 39 people had a soul. I’m going to tell you who those 54 people are now and that you shouldn’t vote for the following:
